Auto Glass (Office) - Inside Sales Representative

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Auto Glass Office (ISR) to be a driving force behind our automotive glass operations. You’ll be the go-to person for customers, technicians, and daily auto glass operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

If you enjoy multitasking, talking with customers, booking appointments, selling services, staying organized, and playing a key role, this is a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Sell auto glass services, convert inquiries into scheduled jobs, follow up on estimates
• Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow for technicians
• Order auto glass and materials from suppliers
• Track inventory and ensure timely delivery of parts
• Prepare work orders and maintain accurate job records
• Plan and map mobile technician routes for efficiency
• Handle billing, payments, and basic office administration
• Communicate with insurance companies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, office administration, dispatching, or sales
• Strong phone presence and ability to close sales
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and office equipment
• Automotive and/or auto glass knowledge is preferred (we will train the right person)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

Health insurance, holidays, paid vacation, 401K after first year. Excellent compensation $18-$22/hour (DOE) plus annual bonus based on performance.
