Position: Flat Glass Commercial & Residential Technician
Location: Tea, South Dakota

About the Role:
Join our family-owned team as a Flat Glass Commercial & Residential Technician! You’ll be a key member responsible for the quality and efficient installation of residential and commercial flat glass products, including windows, storefronts, mirrors, display cases, and shower doors. You will also have opportunities to grow the business by identifying additional sales for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install glass, mirrors, and door/window hardware in replacement and new installations

• Take accurate field measurements and cut glass or mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns

• Sell flat glass products and services to customers

• Collect payments or payment information for work performed

• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean, serviced, and working condition

Qualifications / Skills:

• Willingness to learn and develop on the job (training provided)

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Customer-focused with basic sales skills

• Reliable and able to work Monday–Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $25/hour (training provided); experienced technicians can earn $30+/hour

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced technicians

• Annual performance-based bonus

• Health insurance, paid holidays, and paid vacation starting your first year

• 401(k) eligibility after your first year
